Tiffany Cavanaugh Fish Bean Bags

Until I had kids, I never lost a sock in the wash to the sock goblin. I think the sock goblin is attracted to children’s socks more than adult socks. Which works out very well for this craft as adult socks are too long to make good bean bags. If you don’t have any mateless socks in your house, look for a pair that are outgrown.

1.Ask mum if you can use an old sock for a craft project!

2.push the toe of the sock back into the sock like you are
going to turn it inside out.

3.put a big dab of PVA glue into the space made in step 2.

4.squish the glue so it closes what will be the mouth of the fish

5. while the glue dries, use markers to decorate your fish- don’t forget some eyes!

6.once the glue has dried, fill the sock with uncooked rice or
lentils, leave about four centimeters of the sock unfilled.

7.twist the open end of the sock tightly and secure with a zip tie

8.cut the tail off the tie
