1.Trace around the end of your can onto a piece of
construction paper

2.Draw a bigger circle around that circle and then draw ten
evenly spaced spokes between the two circles.

3.Cut out the larger circle and again along the spokes.

4.Pour dry beans, dry rice, or unpopped popcorn into your
can, fill only ¼ of the can.

5.Put glue on the spokes and glue the cap onto the end of your
can.

Allow all the glue to dry completely before playing with your noisemaker
