1. 1.Collect unbroken walnut shell halves

   2. Paint your walnut shell and set aside to dry

   3.cut a five pointed star out of construction paper

   4.using markers, decorate the star so that there is a face
   on one point and legs on the other four points

   5.pour a little PVA glue into a wide, shallow dish

   6.when the walnut shell is dry, dip the flat edges into the
   glue to cover the edge evenly

   7.glue the walnut shell in the middle of your star, try an
   put the pointy end of the shell facing between the
   back legs of the star
