If you want to take your child's interest in playdough a bit further and let them explore with different doughs, this one is a must. And once it is cooked, yummy sculptures make a great snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 cup flour (and then some)
1 tablespoon of oil (and then some)
1 teaspoon of salt

Directions:
1.    Wash your hands!
2.    Have the kids help measure warm water, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl.
3.    After 3 minutes, add flour, oil and slat to the yeast mixture-don’t forget to
let the kids help.
4.    Flour your kneading surface
5.    Pour the mixture onto your kneading surface
6.    Keep adding flour so your dough stays coated while kneading; after about
5 mins it should be satiny and elastic so that when poked it bounces back.
7.    Put the dough in an oiled mixing bowl and cover with a moist, clean towl.
8.    Place in a warm area and allow to double in size (about an hour).
9.    Have the kids help you puch the risen dough back down and then divide
into portions for them to use.
10.  Preheat your oven to 200(celcius)
11. When the kids have finished making their scultures, place on a baking sheet
and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and baked through.

Allow to cool before letting kids eat them.
