If you have a child who wont eat fruit or vege, this is a tasty and very sneaky way to get it into their diet. I call it everything bread because it has it all.

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups bran
1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
½ cup honey
1 egg
1 cup of grated carrot (or ¾ cup of zucchini)
1 cup of grated apple
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions:
1.     preheat oven to 190 (celcius)
2.     In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
3.     Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tins.
4.     bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
