Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
4 popsicle sticks
½ cup crushed nuts (see note)
½ cup hot fudge topping, at room temp

Directions:
1.      line a baking sheet with paper and set aside
2.    peel bananas and cut in half crosswise
3.    insert popsicle stick into center of cut end of banana
about half length of stick, repeat for each banana piece
4.    place bananas on paper & freeze for 2 hours
5.    pour nuts into a shallow dish
6.    dip frozen bananas into hot fudge topping, cover evenly
(one at a time)
7.    turn chocolate covered bananas into nuts, covering evenly
with nuts
8.    return to paper and freeze for another 2 hours
9.    allow to stand five minutes before serving

Note: you can replace the nuts with granola, 100’s and 1,000’s or crushed M&M’s for some colour
