Directions:
1. preheat oven to 170 (celcius)
2. grease and flor a loaf tin
3. mix first five ingredients in a large bowl using a fork
4. mix in butter until mixture resembles large crumbs
5. stir in banana and eggs until just blended
6. spread into loaf tin
7. bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
8. cool in pan
