This one is a great way to get kids helping in the kitchen. It has a lot of repeat measurements. I’ve had this recipe since I was four when we made it for school.

Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
1.       preheat oven to 180 (celcius)
2.     mix all ingredients
3.     pour into 2 loaf tins
4.     bake for 1 hour
